Concept Story: Located at the intersection of downtown Wilmington and the beach, The Cordelia combines the organic & relaxing nature of living on the coast, balanced with the stylish & idyllic city life. Utilizing an airy organic pattern and earthy, relaxing colors with a subtle cheerful flair, this concept encapsulates resort-style living close to everything you need at any stage of life.
