Concept Story: Bowery Point is an oasis of stylish design and easy living. The name is derived from the meaning ‘shaded by leaves’ and refers to the landscape of Idaho’s towering trees. This concept focuses on the portrayal of a tree and its shadow, which casts its protection, support, and stability over the community. Here, residents can experience a relaxing, practical life surrounded by Idaho and all of its beauty.
